About Product
Our Products
All our jewels are 100% handmade in our workshop
We create 2 ranges of products :
- 925 silver and other metallic jewelry
- stringing fashion jewelry (our main production)
Our jewelry is made with stones, fresh water pearls, Swarovski crystal, foiled glass beads.
We use pearls and gems from all geographical sources, most of them are absolutely natural, without any treatment except legal treatments allowed.
For a few designs we mix also treated, reconstituted or synthetic stones and other decorative elements.
Except for our silver or metal collections, the necklaces and bracelets are thread on :
- synthetic wire metalized with divider Japanese beads
- silk or acrylic wire (traditional technical)
- steel wire surrounded with nylon sheet
- elastic wire (bracelets type BR1)
The choice of the wire used depend mainly of the structure, length and weight for each necklace or bracelet.
We take a special care to all the materials used for the threading

We do not apply any minimum quantity for our products.
Our prices are wholesale price and are available over a minimum volume order of 1000 US (700) ; below this minimum, we will apply the retail price.
Prices
The prices are export/wholesale price, net F.O.B Bangkok (Thailand).
Minimum surcharges may be added in case the price of silver or other raw materials rise significantly or currency market fluctuate drastically. We reserve the right to modify our price list without prior notice.
We apply a wholesale price policy based on the amount of the order and the yearly volume of business:

Delivery
According to the volume of your order, maximum 3-8 working weeks after receipt confirmation of order.
In the event of cause beyond control or exceptional events delaying or prohibiting the delivery, the company Desoeuvre Pt. Ltd. is released from any responsibility.
Once your payment received, the parcel is sent within 2 working days.
Except special order from customer, the delivery is done by Express Air Carriage with FEDEX ; the tracking number will be sent after pick-up.
The customer have the obligation to control the parcel at reception; in case of damage on the parcel, product missing compared to the delivery order or product broken, the customer have to note reserves on the Shipper-s delivery form, and send within 2 days, a registered mail to the Shipper explaining the motive of the complain. In the same time, the customer have to send us, by e-mail, copy of this complain and Shipper-s delivery form.
Any complaint due to an error in the delivery or non conformity of the products with the invoice, have to be notified by fax to Desoeuvre Pt. Ltd. within 7 days. If the solutions proposed to solve the complaint are not accepted by the customer, the products have to be returned within 14 days in the original packing.
Guaranty
We guaranty all our jewels during 12 months after their purchase date, against any default of manufacture.
Are excluded from this guaranty :
- the loss, steal, or voluntary or accidental deterioration
- the fair wear and tear or consequences of an abnormal use
- the loss of stones, pearls and other decorative element natural, imitation or synthese
The free D-threading or replacement is only possible if the jewel is sent back complete
In any case, the shipping cost for forwarding and re-forwarding is excluded
The pictures and descriptions in this catalog are given for information; we can change any model without prior notice.
In order to improve the quality of ours products, each jewel is sent with an individual certificate of guarantee and a manufacture tracking number to send us in case of guaranty request.
Special Guaranty
Despite the care we have for threading our jewels, it can happen a wire broke.
We guarantee free D-threading within the following periods from the purchase date :
The free D-threading do not include the replacement of the stones, pearls, crystal or any decorative element missing or broken; this cost will be communicated for agreement before you send back the jewel to our workshop.
In any case, the shipping cost for forwarding and re-forwarding is excluded
D-Threading Service
Beyond the guaranty periods, we ensure for your customers the D-threading of all our necklaces and bracelets.
the rate for D-threading, and if needed, the cost for the replacement of any element missing or broken will be communicated for agreement before you send back the jewel to our workshop.

Wholesale Prices Policy
Our wholesale price policy is based on 2 criteria : the amount of individual order, and the total amount invoiced and paid for the current year.
You can get from 5% up to 35% according to your level off business.
To fix the discount rate applicable, we always take the most favorable criteria :

Ethical Charter

Ltd., which wishes to link its desire for economic development to the development of the communities with which it interacts, has taken the decision to contribute to the improvement of the social and environmental conditions under which the products supplied by it to it customers are manufactured, and declares that it is signing up to the principles contained in the texts referenced below, which it acknowledges represent absolute minima in the field of human rights:
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in its resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December 1948;
The Convention on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in its resolution 44/25 of 20 November 1989;
The International Labour Organisation (ILO) Declaration adopted in June 1998 on Fundamental
Principles and Rights at Work, namely:
Freedom of association and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
The elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory work;

Desoeuvre Pt. Ltd. undertakes to deliver exclusively products manufactured under conditions in compliance with the principles set out in the texts mentioned above and with the requirement criteria as defined below:
Work of minors
Our company follows the terms of article 3 section 1 of the ILO 138 Convention concerning minimum age, which stipulates that "the minimum age for admission to any type of employment or work which, by its nature or the circumstances in which it is carried out, is likely to jeopardise the health, safety or morals of young persons shall not be less than 18 (eighteen) years old."
Forced labour
Our company prohibits forced or compulsory labour, for any reason whatever, as defined in article 2, paragraph 1, of the ILO 29 Convention: "any work or service which is exacted from any person under the menace of any penalty and for which the said person has not offered himself voluntarily."
Harsh discipline and harassment
Our company prohibits the use of corporal punishment or any other form of physical or mental coercion, as it prohibits verbal or physical abuse and the threat of physical abuse and sexual or other harassment.
Discrimination
Our company acknowledges for all individuals the right to equal protection against all discrimination, a notion covering any distinction, exclusion or preference made on the basis of race, colour, sex, religion, political opinion, national extraction, social origin or sexual orientation, the effect of which is to destroy or impair equality of opportunity or treatment in terms of employment or occupation. In particular, we do not engage or support discrimination in respect of hiring, remuneration (according to the principle "equal pay for equal work"), access to training, promotion or union membership.
Freedom of association, and the right to collective bargaining
Our company acknowledges for workers, without previous authorisation, the right to establish organisations of their choice, and that of joining them and of bargaining collectively freely and independently, and undertakes to respect the free exercise of right to organise, in compliance with the regulations of the law of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Working time
The maximum working time is determined by the law of the Kingdom of Thailand : 8 hours daily, and at least 1 day of 24 consecutive hours of rest in every 7 days period,and one annual paid leave period.
Our company grand 2 days of rest weekly and 1 month salary each year.
When justified by extraordinary business circumstances, overtime hours do not exceed the legal limitations as defined by the law and do not be demanded on a regular basis.
Overtime work is voluntary and compensated in accordance with the legal tables in force.
Remuneration
Every worker are remunerated at least the legal local minimum wage of ;reference, or below the prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher, and are provided with legally mandated benefits.
Every deduction from the remuneration on disciplinary grounds or for any other reason not set out by the regulations in force and without the expressed permission of the worker is prohibited.
Every worker must be capable of understanding the method of calculation used for his / her remuneration and the meaning of the constituent elements of this remuneration.
Acknowledging the fundamental nature of remuneration for workers and those who are dependent on them, Desoeuvre Pt. Ltd. do not consider the legal minimum wage as an end in itself, but as a mere threshold not to be reached but to be exceeded, and our remuneration policy constantly survey the economical environment to be able to cover their basic needs whilst guaranteeing them a discretionary income.
Hygiene, heath and safety
Our company take all necessary measures with a view to guaranteeing a safe and healthy working environment for the personnel corresponding to best professional practice, bearing in mind the prevailing knowledge of the industry and the specific dangers.
In particular,
- Places of work, machinery, equipment and working processes shall present no risk for the safety and health of workers;
- Information for the personnel concerning any danger of the equipment and of the products used and of the chemical substances and agents handled, and their training in prevention of risks incurred as a consequence of their use will be organised;
- Protective clothing and appropriate equipment to prevent risks of accidents or effects prejudicial to health shall be supplied, if required;
- Places of work, toilets, canteens, cloakrooms, dormitories and, generally, the various premises where personnel are received, shall be acceptable in terms of available space, ventilation, temperature, light and noise;
- Drinking water shall be available and accessible;
- Emergency exits shall be well signalled and easy to reach and use;
- Alarm systems and extinguishers shall be in perfect operational condition and appropriate for the risks;
All the workers are declared to the Thai Social Security Administration, and access to health care are available on site (first aid kit) and in nearest hospitals.
Subcontractors
Our company do not recourse to subcontracting; however, if justified by extraordinary business circumstances we have to recourse to, we undertake them to comply with the international principles contained in the texts referenced below.
Control
With a view to ensure that we comply with the international contained in the texts referenced below, customers can mandate independent external offices specialised in social audits.
To this end, we shall provide access to the production sites, on the understanding that access to sites is taken to mean access to installations, access to documents and access to the personnel.Top Page
